Our comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees includes:

Health Insurance
- Choice of a PPO Plan or a High‑Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Health Savings Account (HSA): Employer contribution for HDHP participants
- Life & AD&D Insurance: $50,000 term life with AD&D fully employer‑paid (reducing at age milestones)
- Dental & Vision: Choice of BCBS dental and vision or 100% reimbursement programs
- Retirement Plan: 401(k) eligibility after 90 days, 1,000 hours, and age 21
Paid Time Off:
- Vacation: 2–5 weeks per year based on tenure, accruing per pay period
- Sick Leave: 10 days per year, with up to 40 hours rollover into vacation annually
- Personal Days: Three paid personal days beginning after 30 days of service
Holidays: Office closed for New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, and Christmas Day
