Tammy Apple is a seasoned human resources executive with more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience spanning manufacturing, medical software, property management, and motorsports entertainment. She entered the death care industry in 2023, bringing a powerful combination of strategic vision, operational acumen, and people-first leadership to Heritage Family. 

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Tammy leads enterprise-wide initiatives designed to enhance performance, strengthen organizational culture, and support operational excellence across all Heritage locations. Her leadership focuses on developing strong teams, aligning HR strategy with business goals, and creating consistent, supportive processes that empower employees to deliver exceptional care to families. 

Tammy’s expertise includes talent development, organizational design, employee engagement, and change leadership. She is known for her collaborative approach, her ability to build trust across all levels of the organization, and her commitment to fostering a workplace where people feel valued and equipped to thrive. 

She holds a Master of Science in Management and maintains multiple HR professional certifications, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and excellence in her field. Tammy continues to play a critical role in shaping the future of Heritage Family, ensuring that its people, culture, and values remain at the heart of everything the organization does.
